Winemaker's tasting note:
As a child, my favorite thing was lemon meringue pie. This wine shows those qualities on the palate - Meyer lemon and hints of toasted marshmallows, and the flavor just lives forever. After the initial wave of citrus hits, this wine shows its tropical side with pineapple and guava notes that give it a seductive edge. From the second you pour the first drop, this wine captures your full attention. Full of energy and verve, it springs from the glass. The palate is lively, but has the concentration to make it serious. This wine is delicious now, but will improve for several years to come. ~ Russell Bevan, Winemaker
